The back of their screen was right next to RT 4 about halfway between Whitehall and Fort Ann New York. People on the Amtrak Adirondack could see the screen as they traveled north on the evening run to Montreal. At some point in the '70s or '80s the drive-in was failing and they started to show X-Rated movies until the screen was ripped from the framework during a violent thunderstorm. The owner didn't let that stop him and he sewed together a bunch of sheets and hung it over the still standing framework. That lasted all of one night as he wasn't smart enough to figure out that the passing drivers on RT 4 were getting an eyeful. :-)
