I am currently at your drive in. My husband & I were standing outside of our car drinking alcoholic beverages. An attendant told us we had to dump them. I checked your website prior to coming & saw no policy stating no alcoholic beverages. We purchased a "Food Permit" specifically because we brought our own alcoholic drinks. Also, your website states that the radio station we tune to would provide entertainment an hour before showtime but all we hear is clicks & strange static sounds. Additionally, the concession stand was staffed, for the most part, by teens who don't care to actually get off their butts & work. It was quite busy, yet the only persons actually working were the 2 cooks & the girl working the register. She literally had to tell 3 other girls to come help, even though they could see how busy it was, they sat on stools even after the cook yelled "Order Up!", THREE TIMES! Finally, there was a Big double plastic bag of popcorn on the filthy floor, which one of the employees picked up, set the bottom of the bag on top of the already popped corn in the container & took the 1st bag off, the dumped the popcorn in & mixed it with the fresh. That was completely disgusting. Although we bought the Jumbo popcorn right before this, we are definitely not going back for a refill!!!! The "funnel cake" was way over-cooked and tasted awful. I can only hope the movies are good. If not, we have wasted much time & money.

Did you forget you drove a car to the drive in?. Drinking alcohol at a drive in should not be acceptable to any sound minded person. There are a lot of children running around out there and people need to be aware and on their toes when it comes to operating a vehicle on our property. We don't tolerate it and if it's not acceptable to you I would advise you to stay home with the booze so you can't hurt anyone.

I didn't drive, my husband did He had 2 beers in a span of 7 hours! This is the problem with making assumptions, you make a complete ass out of yourself. We are driving home now from the drive-in, absolutely sober, as we would have been regardless of your "policy", as we are in our 40's, and quite aware of what it means to be responsible adults. We spent our money at your facility and were going to come back next weekend with our daughter & son in-law, but considering your response toy email, we will not be returning. We will also post our original email to you, your response & this follow up email, to as many social media sites as possible.
Thanks for your lack of concern to all of the issues we addressed in our first email...we'll be sure to share this.
